We hereby request all customers with dormant accounts or their legal representatives, to visit any of our branches to reactivate their accounts within two weeks of this publication.

Kindly note that balances on all dormant accounts not reactivated two weeks after this publication will be transferred to the Dormant Account Register at the Bank of Ghana in accordance with the provisions of Act 930 and the Unclaimed Balances and Dormant Accounts Directive 2021.
